What’s up guys, back with an fresh episode of Cookies and Lemonade Online Music Review show featuring, Patchwerk audio engineer Glen Thomas also known as “Fetty Wap’s” Engineer along with Coragee, the producer of Cookies and Lemonade, and myself Porchia Marie. We linked up in Studio 995 to deliver the goods to you!

Fresh Topixs popped off with the ongoing beef with Pusha T and Drake.  Pusha T responded to Drake’s “Duppy Freestyle” with “Story of Adidon.”  Things have really gotten ugly!  Not to mention the artwork to go along with the diss track was a black face of Drake.  Pusha stating that “These are his truths.”  Drake responded explaining that the photo was apart of “a project that was about young black actors struggling to get roles, being stereotyped and type cast.”  Pusha views didn’t change as he directed to Drake stating that “He is silent on all black issues and that he doesn’t stand for anything.”  Mane that was a mouth full...What are you guys take on this beef with Drake and Pusha T?

To go along with this juicy topix, we had a special announcement for next Tuesday. We will be highlighting a few artist who have submitted for the show this year. If interested hit us at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.

Cookies and Lemonade is geared to give musicians and artists the chance to hear real time feedback on their music while also giving our Patchwerk & IdOMUSIC audience a chance to discover new music, but remember…”It’s called Cookies and Lemonade but sh*t always sweet! Tell a friend to tell a friend to submit music!

Yum Pao took us back to our childhood as she debuted her newest single “Fairy Godmother.” The track was very creative as she delivered a very unique sound; as Glenn would have compared it to a Nicki Minaj cadence. Then to follow, KD THE GREAT gave us her “Young, Wild and Free” ‘Rockstar’ demeanor that carried a distinct charisma that Coragee explains, “Encapsulates the song on a mainstream level.”

The D.N.A. (Dope New Artist) of the Week, is Atlanta’s native, singer and songwriter Genesis!  You may recognize this week’s superstar from her appearance on AMTC, a cast member of Season 9 American Idol or the notary she gained as the best overall singer at the international showcase. Genesis joined us live to introduce her newest collab “I Can’t Lose,” with Jay R Da Star. Check out her new EP “5-9” available now on all streaming platforms. If you think you have what it takes to be D.N.A. of the week submit a link to your music, a mini bio, and social media handles to This email address is being protected from spambots. We look forward to you guys tuning in each and every Monday at 8PM EST on Patchwerk Instagram Live. If you missed the show, it’s uploaded on YouTube soon after it originally airs. See you guys next week.
