The rise of social media broke down a lot of barriers to entry of the music industry. No longer are people waiting around for that once in a lifetime opportunity, and no longer do record labels make all the calls. Fortunately, this allows for exposure to more artists, and more specifically, female artists. I decided to create a playlist showcasing the ladies. The Female Element is a playlist highlighting women at different levels in their musical career, as well as showing appreciation for their talent.
Welcome to the November installment of the Patchwerkstudio Playlist.
In case you've been living in a cave with a weak hotspot understand Spotify is pretty much dominating the streaming game. Details leaked to Digital News reported Spotify has crossed 150 million active users worldwide. At the end of July the platform officially crossed the 60 million mark.
The fall season is rolling in but another month of heat is packed into our monthly staff playlist. What is keeping the crew motivated to crank out sonically superior records and add to the already legendary halls of Patchwerk Recording Studio? Oh I know what you are thinking today. Where in the world is that Patchwerk Recording Studio Playlist right?? A wide range of tunes has kept the staff up late at night and early in the morning werking on the sound for our clients and crafting marketing activities for IdOMUSIC®. I'm pleased to be able to have you peak into the house of sonically super sound and digest our monthly playlist. You may find a couple jewels in the list you can consider rocking to.
I want to be very clear when I say the playlist submitted for your listening pleasure is what our current staff has on replay during the past month. It isn't necessary the tracks coming out of the studio but what we like to rock out to when we are relaxing. The beauty in the list is you never know what you'll hear. This month we have records ranging from Stevie Wonder to The Pussycat Dolls. I hope you enjoy.
